PostProcessingStack Ambient Occlusion not working

I'm using Unity 5.6 and the latest PostProcessingStack from the Asset Store. Ambient Occlusion works fine with the standard shader, but with my own shader the AO debug view is just white. I noticed that the normals view is also blank. [Shader][1] [1]: /storage/temp/93220-shader.txt
