I want to achieve this Bokeh effect:

I have tried with this: https://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/PostProcessing-DepthOfField.html
But even though the blurring is working ok, I am not able to reproduce the bokeh effect that can be seen in the image. Maybe the problem is that the lights are too big to get a proper bokeh effect.
Any idea?
