Post-Processing not working (After following setup instructions)

Hi,

I've been trying for a couple of days to get Unity to apply post processing effects, but nothing seems to be happening. I've detailed a list below of my current setup and what I've tried, along with an image showing the inspector window.

- I'm using Unity version 2019.3.7f1, LWRP. - The scene window has post processing toggled to On. - I have a camera game object with a Layer set to PostProcessing - The rendering section of the camera has post processing set to on - Camera has a post processing layer attached to it with the trigger set to This camera. - The Layer is set to PostProcessing - Camera has a post processing Volume attached to it with isGlobal set to true with a new profile. - I've attached some randomized Bloom and color grading effects with all the options set to on and each option is set to a value that isn't 0.

I'm sure that I'm just missing something. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
