Unity 2D android build lags horrendously on my phone. Every time I add post processing effects, especially bloom, even with Fast Mode enabled and run it on my Redmi Note 4 device, I get below 10 fps.
My build's scene includes some sprites which glow with the bloom enabled.
Well agreed, it may not be a powerful device, but Snapdragon 625 with Adreno 506, should get atleast playable FPS right?
Are there any other ways to add glow to sprites without using post processing and without taxing the CPU/GPU?
Would appreciate some advice. Thanks
