2D: Can I use URP Post Processing Volume on a specific object?

Can I use URP Post Processing Volume on a specific object in a 2D project? For example: is it possible to render BG with bloom and a character on a foreground without bloom? Or is it possible to color correct few objects in a scene? It seems like the old Post Processing in LWRP was applied to a layer in the scene, but the new one doesnt have such functionality.
